2 babies among those hurt in multiple collision in Taguig

MANILA, Philippines — Six individuals, including two babies, sustained injuries following a multiple collision in Taguig City on Wednesday night.

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said the accident happened along the southbound lane of C5-McKinley.


The accident involved two taxis, two trucks, and a van.

The MMDA said the collision resulted in moderate to slow-moving traffic along the southbound lane after two lanes of the highway were occupied.


The MMDA and Taguig Rescue Team were immediately deployed to the scene.

Six individuals sustained injuries and were brought to the Taguig Pateros Hospital for medical treatment. (Editor: Eden Estopace)
