MANILA, Philippines — The Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) on Tuesday night said they had received nearly 10 percent of the physical copies of election returns in the country.
PPCRV spokesperson Agnes Gervacio said the majority of the physical copies were from Metro Manila and its nearby provinces, including Cavite.
“We’re nearing about nearly 10 percent of the election results physically received here at the command center of the PPCRV,” Gervacio told reporters at the PPCRV command center in Manila.
Gervacio said they are expecting more election returns on Wednesday, hoping to receive 50 percent of the total election returns.
The spokesperson added that they are aiming to finish the manual encoding of the election returns in two to three weeks. (Editor: Eden Estopace)
